NextGen cultivates strategic partnerships to meet each Fellow's personal, academic, and professional needs.  NextGen provides its Fellows with a broad spectrum of support, recognizing that each student brings unique talents and individual challenges to their academic journey.   

Skill acquisition, mentorship and experience are essential building blocks for student success in STEM fields.  NextGen supports Fellows' professional development through academic conferences, workshops,  certifications, internships and job placement.
